About Melissa
Growing up, I was an awkward, tall, lanky girl with legs that resembled that of a bird; hence the nickname “Bird.” This stuck with me for most of my childhood. Then, I grew up. Thankfully, I grew up and out of that awkward stage with a drive to refine the concept of beauty. The Beauty Nurse is my way of giving back to all those that may feel awkward, unsure, and confused about the beauty industry. It is my desire to help everyone feel beautiful and confident.
